New List of  Open Business Fields with Foreign Investment 



Initially the Indonesian government does not give a chance to foreigners to own 100 percent of the authority's airports in Indonesia. Foreigners can only have a 49 percent stake in the Local Company managing the airport. Meanwhile, for the management of ports and land transport terminals can be dominated by foreigners to 95 percent. It is claimed to be the agreement of all parties.

After negotiations between a few large companies and also BKPM, finally on May 17, 2013 President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono issued Presidential Decree No. 39 Year 2014 on List of Business Fields Closed and Open Business with Investment Requirements in the Field.
