The Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) continued to prepare for the enforcement of investment licensing only in three hours. One that prepared is Notary Office in BKPM Building.
According
to Franky Sibarani as the Head of BKPM, since notification in mass media, the BKPM pages and pages of the
Ministry of Justice, was recorded 30 notaries
have
expressed their
interest to BKPM. From the 30 notaries,
there are two that have passed the selection. "So as of October
20, 2015, two notaries who pass the selection and administration of interviews and occupied the top
two will start working
at the BKPM office,"
said Franky in BKPM
Office, Jakarta.
Meanwhile, Lestari Indah as Deputy Head of
Investment Services BKPM argued stages
of the recruitment process notary. "So the deadline
for recruitment was closed yesterday evening at 24.00. Then, the
meeting will proceed with the
selection and administration by BKPM
and the Ministry of Justice. Then, the
selection interview was conducted on October 13 and October 15, 2015, as well as the establishment of two notaries on 16
October 2015, "she said.
BKPM will impose investment
licensing process for three hours on 26 October 2015. However, fast
process did not apply to all investors. The BKPM requirement is the investor required to come to the Office of
BKPM with the minimum investment value of IDR100 billion and the minimum
investment must be able to absorb 1,000 workers.
