LKPM REPORT

Investment Activity Report (LKPM Report) is a data and information development activities of the company as well as the constraints faced by investors when implementing investment projects. LKPM submitted to BKPM, the investment agency provincial and district / city periodically by using the form provided.
Some other provisions that must be complied to investors with in relation LKPM bureaucracy is as follows:

1.    LKPM must be submitted by a company that has received the Investment Registration, License Principle Investment, Investment Approval or Permit;
2.    Investor of its investment activities are under construction shall submit LKPM every 3 (three) months. Quarter LKPM submitted at least every 5 April, LKPM Quarter submitted at least every 5 July, the Third Quarter LKPM submitted no later than every 5 October and presented each LKPM Fourth Quarter January 5 next year;
3.    Of its investment activities of investors who already have a business license shall submit LKPM every 6 (six) months. LKPM Semester I delivered each end of July, while LKPM Semester II delivered each end of January next year;
4.    Investors who have investment activities in several districts / cities shall deliver to the entire agency LKPM investment regency / municipality concerned;
5.    Companies engaged in various fields of business (so it has more than one Investment Registration, Licensed Investment Principles and Investment Agreement) shall specify the actual investment for each of its business areas LKPM;
6.    Company located in free trade zones and free ports or special economic zone, must deliver LKPM to the agency enterprise free trade areas and free ports or agency undertaking a special economic zone in question. LKPM will also be sent to the Head of BKPM (cq Deputy Field Operation Capital Investment Implementation), head of investment agency of provincial and district / city;
7.    Companies that have switched status or merger (merger of several companies), the successor corporation (the surviving company) shall submit LKPM for all investment activities result the merger;
8.    Representative offices of foreign companies only report its activities to the end of each year with the BKPM form KPPA Annual Report.
9.    Companies that received investment facilities must submit a Notice of Imported Goods (in accordance with the Facility Agreement Duty on import of machinery, goods or facilities Approval Duty on Imported Materials) to the Directorate General of Customs and Excise with a copy addressed to the Head of BKPM;
10.   Companies that receive import duty exemption issued by BKPM shall report the import of every 3 (three) months. Quarterly reports are sent along with the submission of the quarterly LKPM addressed to the Head of BKPM (cq Deputy of Investment Implementation Control) equipped with a copy of Import Declaration/ Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB) which is approved by the Directorate General of Customs and Excise using imported realization form;
11. The company must appoint a responsible person to coordinate the creation LKPM notified in writing to the Head of BKPM (cq Deputy of Investment Implementation Control), head of the provincial investment agencies and district / city;
LKPM Submission can be done in hard copy or soft copy is addressed directly to BKPM, the investment agency provincial and district / city. Investors can also use SPIPISE or electronic mail to send LKPM. Investors foreign direct investment (PMA) must prepare a report of investment activities (LKPM). If not make LKPM Report, investors threatened sanction of revocation of business activities in accordance with UU No 25/2007 and PERKA BKPM No. 13/2009.
